James started his career in HR at QUT before moving overseas for 10 years. He was a professional Golf Caddie for many of the great Australian golfers on the USA PGA Tour. A role he describes as having many similarities to medical sales. He was sales manager of a promotional products company and spent many years as a fine wine expert and Manager at Dan Murphys. All roles that have helped define his customer service ethic and motivation at Medi Solutions where he has been for a year.
